"The hotel is very good, the room is very beautiful, I very like the type of Hotel But I live on the 3pay 2discount room rates, but in the rooms, forcing me to pay3 to upgrade the room, I think is very unreasonable, front desk staff to stay3 nights I agreed to pay for upgrades will, collecting3late upgrade cost. I admitted due to forget my payment concessions, so agreed to pay 3late upgrade rate, but the service personnel that night did not remind me, my room policy, so I think the hotel is cheat.
