I would not advise people who are physical challenge to stay at this hotel because it has lots of steps and the hotel is situated on a slop of a hill. It took us a great 5 mins to climb lots of step from our room to the lobby, its a good exercise for the fit and healty but not for people with knee problem. This is my first trip to phuket and i have no regret for staying at this hotel.
