"I was suppose to check out on the 23 Jun. but ended up checking out 21 Jun. Due to the fact that Some of the hotel staff were rude, very loud,outside the rooms and constantly disturbing us sleeping. There was no ironing facilities in the room and there was a charge to have pieces of items ironed, phone calls were 100 bht per min, which should be 10 bht per minute, there was only one computer to connect to the internet and for the 7 days we were there, it was out of order, Me and sister had poorly tummies due to the food. When checking out we was accused of taking a towel. Never in my life have I been so insulted. The hotel should be rated a 3 star due to lack of facilities, the service and conditions of the rooms. We were upgraded the first night we arrive due to the fact that what was portrayed on the net was completely different to what we had when we arrived.
