Our room was on 2nd floor so the seaview was obstructed by trees. Overall i think the resort is nice, relaxing, rooms are pretty and lobby had amazing seaview. BUT there were downsides- pools were very tiny and shallow, no welcome drinks, strictly no extension of checkout time (even till 1pm not granted), even the laundry bag chargeable (350baht), and there is aTaxi mafia gang right outside the resort. U may not hire a taxi from anywhere else unless u are coming back from outside, and taxi rates are as per shown in their price chart (no negotiations).I have been to Phuket6 times and stayed in different resorts each time. Everything was clean and the staff was amazingly attentive. The only improvement I would suggest is that they have more shuttles to Patong as even during the off peak season the bus shuttle was fully booked.
