My room nos is 401 and the bathroom water keep turning big & small (most of the time is small) so the water will turn hot and cold as well. It makes us difficult to bath. It s just a feedback, beside this, everything was good, I will recommend to my friends..Thank you.." |

The Hotel plus the whole staff is really recommendable. All mayor places are more or less within walking distance or easy reachable by the nearby situated sky train station Ratchatewi - or taxi! Some tips: Don’t use the Tuk Tuk’s which are waiting beside the hotel and if you are using a taxi on your way back, tell the driver to go to the “Asia Hotel” and then inside the “Soi Payanark”, because the most drivers don’t know where the Diamond is situated, as the street is really a side road!" |

Shower area is abit too small so toilet gets abit flooded, but otherwise the room is in good condition. Also the staff there are really nice and courteous! Overall good value for money." |

I have no problem to booking at the website. Reply is fast when I have any questions. Flores Visit Date:March 27, 2008 "my only comment was that we were booked for a superior double bed room. when we arrived it was a de luxe twin room. we informed the room attendant and he informed us that the bed at least will be changed the following day. when we arrived in the evening the following day the bed hasnt been changed, we called the front desk. we were told to be called back to update us. almost an hour passed, i called again and was put on hold. i got tired and slept. the following day before heading out i told the attendant the day we got in na dhe ust smiled. then we got back in the afternoon and told the front dest about it he told us to anonther room. its just frustrating to get it the day before you leave, not getting what you re supposed to when you re in a tight schedule. " |

Soi Phayanark is very noisy because of the thousands of Tuk tuks cruising there. It s full of local shops and workshops and at night countless small and very basic restaurants are set up on the street. It s a 10 minute walk to Ratchathewi Sky Train Station" |
