The noise of trains is bad 24 hour a day,trains must honk because of the dangerous unguarded transition. The new elevator is perfect! Free Wifi is good. At Narawan you ll find connecting rooms (which is not that common in Thailand, at least not at the other hotels/guesthouses we stayed at). But the best thing is their staff: helpfull, very friendly and give good information. About 20 minutes walk from the center of Hua Hin (100 Baht in a tuk-tuk) and 5 minutes to the beach. BUT the staff were very impolite and there was no service at all.
