The owner Manit arranged for one of his neighbours to meet us at the airport and bring us back to the hotel for 590 BHT which was probably a little expensive but well worth it after a 9 hour flight. Manit drove us to a local restaurant for dinner and picked us up again when we were finished. He also arranged our transfer to the ferry pier for free. Manit spoke perfect english and made us feel very welcome at his hotel.As for the room, it was fairly small but clean and tidy. We were provided with 1 bottle of drinking water, clean towels and soap. Traditional Thai style bathroom with the shower over the toilet. My only complaint is that the water heater was temperamental. Being in Phuket Town, it was a half hour ride to the shopping and entertainment centers however Manit always had a driver ready whenever I requested one. He even took phone calls from taxi drivers asking directions back to the hotel no matter the time.
